By the time the couple met a Case Manager from our Street Outreach team, they\u2019d almost lost hope. They figured he would forget about them soon enough. It never happened. \u201cEvery few days he\u2019d check in on us,\u201d Freddy says. \u201cHe just kept asking, \u2018Are you ready yet?\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
When the couple finally hit rock bottom, they reached out to him, the only source of stability in their lives. Thanks to your kindhearted support, we were waiting with resources and community connections to help end their homelessness permanently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Today, Freddy and Stacy are celebrating almost a year of sobriety. They\u2019re starting their own business, have a place to call home, and are looking forward to a family Thanksgiving filled with blessings and hope. All because you refused to give up on them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
